Demolition Squad Needed!
God is working! Now it's time for us to join in. The shoring contractor has rearranged his schedule to expedite our job. He will be onsite Friday morning to begin shoring up the church. Prior to that, we need to complete the removal of the false wall along the south basement foundation wall.
Anybody able / willing to help with a bit of demolition, please join us at the church at 5:00 on Thursday (6/5). Yes, I know that's tomorrow! But if we don't move now, we will lose the shoring contractor until quite a ways down the road.
Can you... will you help? We figure we can complete the task in one evening if we have about 8 men. Bring sledge hammers, sawzalls, crow bars, pry bars, gloves, masks, eye protection, and anything else you can think of that might help in the removal of the wall.
And I thank you in advance for your help on this project!
Looking for a Trailer
Friendship Bible Church is in need of an enclosed trailer for a few weeks. It needs to be something that we can lock up. We need to use this to haul chairs and other "stuff" to our temporary meeting place at the town hall each morning.
Does anybody know of one we could borrow for a few weeks?
DON'T MISS THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY!
Our new church directory will be beautiful, but it won't be the same if you're not in it! If you click on the link below you can sign up for a free time slot to have your picture and / or your family's picture taken. You will receive a free professionally produced 8x10 as a result, and a copy of the directory.

If you don't want to sign up online, you can stop by the table after services on Sunday, or call the church office and Sue will help you get scheduled.
