Calling All ShopVacs

Trim work is finishing today, and carpeting is scheduled for installation early next week.

We celebrate these glorious blessings in two ways:

1.)  MENS' PRAYER BREAKFASTS RESUME THIS SATURDAY.  I know... the carpet won't be down yet... but we can't wait any longer for those delicious breakfasts or the good fellowship, Bible study and prayer that we've grown so to miss.

2.) We need shop vacs... lots of them. And other cleaning stuff, too, as we will gather Thursday evening to give the building one final deep clean before the carpet goes down.  We need people sweeping, dusting, mopping, and everything in between.  Let's make God's house shine!  As King David said, it must be "EXCEEDING MAGNIFICAL!"

Will you join us for one or both of these events?

Thursday night cleaning - 6:00 PM
Saturday morning men's prayer breakfast - 8:00 AM

Wonderful Wednesdays

"Prayer meetings are the throbbing machinery of the church." (Charles Spurgeon)

Your brothers and sisters need you! We need your prayers! And you need ours! Together, let us throng the throne and see what mighty ways God will answer.

EVERY WEDNESDAY, we meet for prayer. One hour...never more... that you will never regret investing.

Join us at 6:30 in the sanctuary?

Andrae Crouch - singing with the saints

He wrote "The Blood a Will Never Lose Its Power" at 14 years of age. And yesterday, at 72, he went to glory to sing it in heaven for the first time.

Our future grows more amazing everyday!

Soon and very soon,
We are going to see the King,
Soon and very soon,
We are going to see the King.
Soon and very soon,
We are going to see the King,
Hallelujah, hallelujah,
We are going to see the King.

No more crying there,
We are going to see the King,
No more crying there,
We are going to see the King.
No more crying there,
We are going to see the King,
Hallelujah, Hallelujah,
We are going to see the King.

No more dying there,
We are going to see the King,
No more dying there,
We are going to see the King.
No more dying there,
We are going to see the King,
Hallelujah, Hallelujah,
We are going to see the King.

Should there be any rivers we must cross,
Should there be any mountains we must climb,
God will supply all the strength that we need,
Give us grace ’til we reach the other side.
We have come from every nation,
God knows each of us by name.
Jesus took His blood and He washed our sins,
And He washed them all away.
Yes, there are some of us,
Who have laid down our lives,
But we all shall live again,
On the other side.

De-Greening and Wall-Building

This Tuesday evening we will be taking down the Christmas decorations.  Many hands make this a trivial task.  Can you help?  We could also use a couple of men to help us as we build a closet wall in the Fellowship Hall.  Are there a few talented builders able to help with that?

6:00 Tuesday evening!
