How Can We Help?

How can you help a family who, during this Christmas season, watches sadly as a dear friend suffering the final stages of cancer, slips closer and closer to eternity?

How can you help the families around us whose financial struggling seems all the more difficult during the Christmas season?

How can you help those in our midst who have lost loved ones, and suffer increased pain over that loss the closer we get to Christmas?





How can YOU help, when you may be going through similar trials, and when your personal resources are also stretched too thin?

You can PRAY. You can join your voice and heart with your brothers and sisters at FBC tonight and every Wednesday night for prayer meeting. Prayer is not the least thing you can do for others, it is the greatest thing you can do.

So join us... Do it... Help them in ways you cannot imagine. Bring the power of our infinite God to bear on the hurts, needs, and problems of others.

After all, Jesus said, "... all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." (Matthew 21:22 NASB)

He also said, "If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. (John 14:14 NKJV)

We gather for prayer every Wednesday evening from 6:30 PM until 7:15 PM. Some come and pray aloud. Some pray silently. Funny thing about prayer - it works both ways! And we welcome it either way. Join us!
